We also act as agents for various English and Scottish law firms in the Tribunals. We are also available to act as Edinburgh Agents in the Court of Session and assist with stopping last-minute removals by the Home Office.

Our team have an unrivalled knowledge of immigration rules and policies and offer plain-speaking advice on even the most complicated circumstances. Our team have also published articles in the Law Society of Scotland’s Journal on current immigration issues.

We offer an initial consultation in our office or via telephone for only £200 plus VAT. The consultation will allow us an opportunity to assess your circumstances and advise you on your full range of options. If you wish for a written summary of our advice following the initial consultation, the total fee is £300 plus VAT.

We are normally able to provide a fixed fee package for the preparation of an application or appeal.
